John Molson Women in Leadership is a passionate collective of young women determined to ignite change in corporate fields. Our relentless drive is to dismantle the systemic barriers women face and forge a new generation of powerful leaders.

Our mission is to equip female students with the critical tools and resources necessary for unparalleled success, all while cultivating a profound understanding of gender equality. 

Year after year we accomplish this by engaging, educating, and empowering the student body through powerful discussions. With inspiring and dynamic events, we delivering concrete, impactful skills that directly amplify their leadership capabilities.
