Leadership Exploration & Development (LEAD)

Leadership Exploration and Development (LEAD) was a workshop that focused on the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) test, a tool used by many Fortune 500 companies to assess motivations and intentions that drives an individual’s behaviour.

Why was this so important?
This test provided attendees with a personalized assessment of their motives and taught them how to adapt to different personality types, ultimately leading to a more collaborative, understanding, and effective leadership style.

BONUS: This tool allowed attendees to better answer those tough interview questions by easily helping to identify strengths and weaknesses.

Registration started at 5:00 p.m. Upon arrival, attendees received a printed booklet with their SDI results!

The event was hosted at the Deloitte Tower.
